Peanut Butter Brownies & Recipe

I made these delicious milk chocolate peanut butter brownies yesterday for my boyfriend . These came out so good i wanted to share my recipe with you all!

Milk chocolate Brownies:
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 Cup and a hand full of ghiradelli milk chocolate chip
(these can be substitute with dark or semi sweet)
1 1/2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of quality vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup of all purpose flour
Melt chocolate and chopped butter over a double boiler
Take off heat and stir in sugar let cool 10-15 min
Add eggs one at a time then vanilla salt and flour
Mix well and pour into your baking sheet
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min depending on the size of the pan 45 min if the pan is thicker
Let cool stick in the fridge
Grab a jar of your favorite peanut butter and spread all over the top not to thick
Stick back in the fridge for an hour
Ganache /Glaze
2 table spoons of butter
2 oz of chocolate
Double boiler and stir thoroughly
take off heat and spread onto the peanut butter topped brownies
stick back in the fridge to harden
To serve let come to room temperature nobody wants cold brownies lol
